DeLong's experience includes Senior VP of Radio & Video Promotion at Universal/Motown Records Group where she was Voted Outstanding/Top Vice-President of Promotion for three consecutive years by "R&R Magazine" and Nominated an additional three times; Senior VP of Crossover at University Music Records; In New York she was Senior VP of Promotion at Enclave/EMI, Senior VP of Promotion at Lava Records/WMG in New York, VP of Top 40 at Eastwest/Elektra Entertainment in New York, and ATCOWest. Co-Chairperson of “Life Beat” - an AIDS foundation developed by persons in the music industry. National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (N.A.R.A.S.). Kayne-Eras Foundation – honored in 2001.

Craig Lambert - PRESIDENT MOXY ENTERTAINMENT

SENIOR PROMOTION AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE - RADIO PROMOTION - VIDEO PROMOTION - SPORTS MUSIC MARKETING - RECORD LABEL CONSULTING -- In March of 2006, with over 50 years of combined experience, co-founded MOXY ENTERTAINMENT with Valerie DeLong. The company provides a multitude of services to music based companies, including consulting services (radio and video promotion, quarterbacking of projects for independent labels, and sports music marketing-college & professional).

Lambert's experience began with Capitol Records in Detroit in 1972 and today includes DREAMWORKS RECORDS - Los Angeles, California June 2003 – January 2004 Senior Vice President of Promotion and Marketing where he was responsible for radio and video promotion which included radio releases to Top 40, Crossover, Hot A/C, Rock, Alternative, and AAA, as well as video releases at MTV, VH1, and FUSE. He was Senior Vice President/President of MCA Records from 1999-2003, Senior VP of Sony Music/Epic Records from 1995-1998, and Executive VP of Elektra/WMG 1993-1995.

Lambert has successfully worked with a variety and range of artists including Nelly Furtado, Papa Roach, All American Rejects, Blink 182, KC & JoJo, Common, The Roots, Mary J. Blige, Shaggy, Oasis, Pearl Jam, Korn, Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross, Gloria Estefan, Natalie Merchant, Metallica, Simply Red, 10,000 Maniacs and Anita Baker. He has professional associations with the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (N.A.R.A.S.), honored in 2001 by the Kayne-Eras Foundation and Chairperson for the City of Hope.
